Over the summer I attended a Professional Development at PBS and learned about lots of great tools and resource that can be found on PBS.

Here are some of the resources that were showcased during my visit:

• Bringing the Universe to America’s Classrooms – a collection of NEW (just launched on 8/15) Earth science Instructional Modules for K-12
• Writing US History collection – student Interactive Modules using primary sources and emphasizing writing within a US history topic
• Peep and the Big Wide World – science resources for very young children
• Design Squad – engineering resources for upper elementary/middle
• Freedom Riders – middle/high
• Wild Kratts collection – upper elementary
• I  Math collection – grades 4-8
